Welcome! All the meditations here are FREE for you to enjoy and share with your loved ones. My meditations are all created with love and meant to help you to relax, to find peace and to find joy within your lives! Meditation can be tricky at first so listening to guided meditations that are 10 - 20 mins long, is a great way to start! Begin by finding a quiet place where you won't be interrupted or distracted, lay down, hop in bed, sit on the floor or sit in a chair, whatever feels best for you today.
