What to bring to class? A smile, water, comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and a towel.
No yoga mat? That's OK, use one of ours! No Charge. Not flexible & out of shape? Perfect, that's why you come to yoga! If you are injury free, you can attend any of our classes. Yoga and injuries? If you are dealing with serious injuries, please make sure you let your teacher know. Restorative, Gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga classes are great to start with, then you can increase difficultly from there. Always listen to your body and never push too far when dealing with an injury. We are here to do yoga not check ourselves out soooo: No Boobs, No Butts and No Bellies. No shoes in the studio: This symbolizes leaving your ego at the door and connecting your energy with the earth.
No cell phones: Our studio is a cell phone free zone so leave them in the car. If you are on call, please speak to your instructor and arrangements can be made. Yoga Etiquette: Please speak in a quiet voice when in the studio.
