Come learn the art of relaxation through sound, meditation & restorative yoga. The evening combines yoga teachings and Tibetan Sound Therapy to make a magical mixture of relaxation.

This 1.45min workshop is designed to open each of the 7 main Chakra's (energy centers) in the body through restorative yoga, guided meditation & sound vibration.
What to expect: You will move through a series of postures in this 1.45min class designed to open and clear the 7 main Chakra's (energy centers), In the first half of class the sounds of 10 Tibetan singing bowls will wash over you, the vibrations helping you move deeper into your restorative pose. In the second half of class one of the singing bowls will be placed on you so the vibrations from the bowl can move through your body, helping you relax deeper into each posture. Being so close to the bowl will also allow you to hear the harmonies of the bowl more fully, assisting you with relaxation and chakra balancing.
You will be fully supported in each posture so that you use NO strength and feel No discomfort... you might even find yourself falling asleep or into a deep meditation.
